Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a medical or dental practice that does $1M or more a year.
  • Your CPA files your returns accurately, but no one advises you before the year ends.
  • Each year the practice brings in more, and the tax bill grows faster than your income does.
  • You find out what you owe in April, when it's too late to change it.
  • Between patients, staff and payroll, you don't have time to manage tax strategy yourself.
  • You want strategies that are legal and documented, not an idea you heard from a colleague.
  • You want your practice and your household taxes looked at as one picture.

This Is Not For:

  • Doctors and dentists who are employed and don't own a practice.
  • Owners whose practice does under $1M a year.
  • Anyone who only wants a return prepared each spring.
  • Owners who aren't willing to put the recommended strategies in place.
  • Anyone looking for a trendy tax idea from the internet.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Sandy and her team find, set up and stand behind the savings for your practice.

We Review 2 Years Of Returns

We go through your last 2 years of practice and personal returns, how the practice is structured and how you get paid, and flag the deductions, credits and structural savings that were missed.

Foundations First, Then Advanced Strategies

We put the core strategies in place first, like entity structure, retirement plans and accountable plans, then look at the advanced strategies most CPAs never bring up.

We Plan Practice And Household Together

We look at your entities, your salary and distributions, your benefits, your retirement accounts and your family's finances together, so the practice and your household get planned as one picture.

We Handle The Implementation

Our team sets up each strategy for you, with every form, filing and document behind it. We work beside your current CPA, or we take over everything if you'd rather.

We Prepare And Defend Your Returns

We can prepare your practice and personal returns, and we provide audit defense for the strategies we design, with documentation that stands up to scrutiny.

We Meet With You Every Quarter

Scheduled quarterly strategy calls keep everything on track, and we adjust your strategies as your practice, your income and the tax laws change.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. Some clients have us handle everything: the planning, the returns and the year-round work. Others keep their current CPA for tax preparation while we design the strategies and put them in place, and we coordinate directly with your CPA so everything lines up on your return.
Why hasn't my CPA done this already?+
Most CPAs are excellent at compliance, which means filing accurate returns on time after the year has closed. Planning is a separate job that happens during the year, and most compliance firms don't have the time or the team to give one practice that kind of attention mid-year.
Is this legal, and will it hold up?+
Yes. Every recommendation we make is based on current tax law, and every strategy we put in place comes with the documentation behind it. Because we also prepare returns, we stand behind the strategies we design if questions ever come up.
How much of my time will this take?+
Very little. We gather what we need from you up front, then our team does the analysis and handles the setup, the documents and the follow-through. When something needs your signature or a decision, we bring it to you with a clear explanation, and we meet once a quarter to keep everything on track.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Most of the strategies that shrink your 2026 bill have to be in place by December 31st, so the sooner we start, the more of them are still available. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
How much does it cost?+
We don't publish a fee. Sandy quotes it up front on the strategy call, before you commit to anything. And if we don't save you at least $100,000 in taxes this year, you don't pay.
Do you work with practices outside New York and New Jersey?+
Yes. Our offices are in New York and New Jersey, but we work virtually, so we serve doctors and dentists who own practices anywhere in the United States.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Sandy asks about the practice: what kind it is, about how much it brings in, how it's structured and how you're paid as the owner. Then she gives you her honest read on where you're likely overpaying and which year-end moves are still open before December 31st. If the opportunity isn't big enough to be worth it, she'll tell you.
One Last Step

Find Out Where Your Practice Is Overpaying Before December 31st

On the strategy call, Sandy looks at your practice, how you're paid and last year's tax bill. You'll leave knowing which year-end moves still fit and roughly what they could be worth to you.
